It started with drone photography and 3D modeling for real estate. High technical barriers, genuine market demand. Over six years, that work expanded into data pipelines, automated workflows, and hard lessons about what it takes to build something that actually ships.

From there, the work expanded. Location-based social networks, blockchain infrastructure, financial strategies, quantitative systems. Each vertical grew out of a question we were already asking.

But the most important shift wasn't a product or a niche. It was a question: WHO are we building with?

  • Who shows up when the work is hard?
  • Who keeps their commitments without being reminded?
  • Who makes everyone around them better?

The right people matter more than the right idea. Markets move. Strategies change. The people who stay honest when it gets hard and do not stop at 80% are the ones who compound.
